- Accompanied by proof of purchase

- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Clearance or final sale items
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/videos as evidence
- We will arrange for replacement, repair, or refund after verification
